Applications
Unconjugated anti-hamster primary antibodies are widely used in immunological and molecular biology techniques requiring indirect detection. In Western blotting, ELISA, and immunohistochemistry, they specifically bind the target antigen and are subsequently detected using enzyme- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies, enabling sensitive signal amplification. They are also extensively employed in immunoprecipitation (IP) and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) for selective antigen enrichment prior to downstream analyses. Additional applications include flow cytometry, immunocytochemistry, and neutralization assays.
