50bp DNA Ladder 50bp-500bp

The 50 bp DNA Ladder consists of 14 distinct DNA fragments ranging in size from 50 bp to 1,000 bp, supplied pre-mixed in 1X Loading Buffer for convenient, direct loading at 5–10 µL per lane. It features intensified reference bands at 250 bp and 500 bp, each present at a concentration of 100 ng per 5 µL, while all other bands are present at 40 ng per 5 µL.
