Applications
Product Type: Pab|Isotype: F(ab’)2|Host: goat|Source: human|Concentration: ~1mg/ml|Form: Supplied as a lyophilized powder from 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide|Purity: Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation. |Immunogen: Human kappa light chain|Specificity: Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.||Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications without the expressed written authorization of United States Biological.
