Specificity
Recognizes human IgM. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-goat serum, human IgM and human serum. No reaction was observed against human IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross-reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western or Dot Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:1000-1:3000. Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
0.05 M Tris chloride, 0.15 M sodium chloride, 1 mM magnesium chloride, 0.1 mM zinc chloride, pH 8.0, 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG, protease free), 0.01% sodium azide, 50% glycerol.
