Eriodictyol chalcone [14917-41-0]

Eriodictyol chalcone is a natural product exhibiting inhibitory activity against 17β-HSD, suitable for biochemical experiments and drug synthesis research.

In this study, liquid chromatography-Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (LC-FTICR-MS) was employed to conduct a component analysis of chalcones and flavanones in the fruits of the dwarf tomato cultivar "Micro-Tom". The study identified eriodictyol chalcone, eriodictyol aglycones, as well as naringenin chalcone and naringenin aglycones. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to confirm the presence of Eriodictyol chalcone and eriodictyol in tomatoes [1].
