Specificity
Recognizes mouse IgG2b. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rabbit serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA. Less than 1% cross-reactivity was observed against other Mouse heavy chain isotypes.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:20000 to 1:100000 using ABTS as substrate for 30 min at RT. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
