Product Description
Tris-buffered saline (TBS) has a liquid concentration of 10X and a pH level of 7.4. It contains 0.2M Tris base and 1.5M NaCl. It is a washing buffer used for alkaline phosphatase or peroxidase conjugates in Western blotting. Prepared using DEPC-treated water.

Warnings: Can cause irritation to eyes, skin, and mucus membranes. Do not inhale or ingest. Wash thoroughly after handling.
