Intended Use:
This kit can be used for in vitro quantitative determination of zinc ion (Zn2+) in serum, plasma or urine.
Sensitivity:
The actual limite of detection (LOD) is no more than 3.0umol/L.

Test Principle:
The Zn2+ in the sample can combine with 5-Br-PAPS in the reagent to form a colored complex at room temperature. The color of the complex is in directly proportional to the concentration of Zn2+ in the sample within the range of 400ug/dL.

Storage and Stability:
Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
