Le coffret contient : 4 plasmides unique gene-specific shRNA et 2 plasmides contrôle négatifs
Les cellules 293T sont cotransfectés avec un vecteur pRS ou une construction shRNA contre diverses régions de l'EGFP tous les deux avec une expression de l'EGFP dans un ratio molaire de 1:1 en utilisant le réactif Fugene. Deux jours après la transfection, les images ont été prises avec un microscope à fluorescence. La significative baisse de régulation de l'expression de l'EGFP a été détecté dans 4 constructions sur 5.
