Product Details
FlyCut® EcoRI is expressed and purified from E.coli that carries the recombinant EcoRI gene. The molecular weight is 32.0 kDa, with the recognition site at G^AATTC. The reaction is conducted for 5-15 minutes at 37°C, and heat-inactivated at 65°C for 20 minutes. This enzyme is not sensitive to dam, dcm methylation, but sensitive to mammalian CpG methylation.
