LysoFos Glycerol 16 [326495-22-1]

LysoFos Glycerol 16 is a high-purity, mild hemolytic phospholipid detergent with good amphiphilic properties. It promotes the extraction, solubilization, and stabilization of membrane proteins while preserving their native conformation and activity. It is used in the separation and purification of integral membrane proteins, as well as in structural biology and functional studies of membrane proteins.

Method: Female BALB/c nu/nu mice were subcutaneously inoculated with U-87 MG cells (1×10⁸ cells/mL). Tubulin inhibitor 30 (25 mg/kg) or normal saline was intraperitoneally administered every 2 days for 40 days. Tumor tissues were collected, weighed, and measured for volume.
Result: Tumor volume and weight in the Tubulin inhibitor 30-treated group were significantly smaller than those in the normal saline control group^[1].
