Sensitive colorimetric assay kit for β-galactosidase activity using ONPG substrate.
ONPG β-Galactosidase Assay Kit is a colorimetric assay for determining β-galactosidase activity using o-nitrophenyl-β-D-galactopyranoside (ONPG) as substrate. It produces a yellow compound measurable by spectrophotometry.
The assay allows rapid and accurate quantification of enzyme activity in bacterial and cell culture systems, suitable for routine molecular biology experiments.
