This product consists of compounds necessary for the activity of all members of the nitric oxide synthase (NOS) family including iNOS, eNOS, and bNOS. The combination of flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD), flavin mononucleotide (FMN), and calmodulin are supplied in HEPES buffer at 25x of optimal concentration for NOS activity. It is great for in vivo studies when using our Ultra Sensitive Assay for Nitric Oxide Synthase (NB78).
