METHYS Dx is a company dedicated to the development of personalized medicine through non-invasive monitoring techniques. Liquid biopsies, i.e. the analysis of biological fluids (e.g. blood, urine, etc.), allow, among other things, the detection and quantification of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA), an analyte which enables a systemic evaluation of tumor burden.

METHYS Dx provides innovative solutions for the characterization of DNA released by tumor cells in biological effluents, based on unique and specific methylation signatures per cancer type. These signatures are detected and quantified by digital PCR, a powerful technology with high precision and sensitivity. Our innovations will allow researchers to better understand the evolution of the disease, doctors to follow their patients and biologists to have robust tools that are sensitive and easy to implement.
