Description	EMCS (6-Maleimidohexanoic acid N-hydroxysuccinimide ester) is a heterobifunctional crosslinking agent, which is a compound for the preparation of hapten conjugate and enzyme immune conjugate, and an effective protective group in antibody drug conjugate.
In vitro	The peptides are first coupled with 6-Maleimidohexanoic acid N-hydroxysuccinimide ester, and then they are conjugated to the luciferase gene-containing Adenovirus vector as the carrier. [1]

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO stock solution to 400 µL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
