Biological Activity
L-ascorbic acid 2-phosphate is a long-acting vitamin C derivative that stimulates collagen expression and formation. L-ascorbic acid 2-phosphate increases alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity and runx2A expression in hASC during osteoblast differentiation.
