6'-Sialyllactose [35890-39-2]

Référence HY-N10521-1mL

Conditionnement : 10mM/1mL

Marque : MedChemExpress

Description

6'-Sialyllactose promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria (such as Bifidobacterium and lactobacillus) and inhibits the proliferation of harmful bacteria. 6'-Sialyllactose exhibits anti-inflammatory and anti-angiogenic activities. 6'-Sialyllactose promotes the muscle health[1][2][3][4].

In Vitro

6'-Sialyllactose (0-50 μM, 24 h) inhibits Dihydrotestosterone-induced proliferation of HUVECs, suppresses tubular structure formation, inhibits the activation of VEGFR-2-related Akt-ERK signaling pathway[4].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Western Blot Analysis[4]

Cell Line: HUVEC
Concentration: 0-50 μM
Incubation Time: 24 h
Result: Downregulated levels of p-Akt and p-ERK.
In Vivo

6'-Sialyllactose (5% added to mouse diet, 2 weeks) alleviates the anxiety-like behavior of mice, regulates the flora composition in social disruption (SDR)-stressed mouse model[2].
6'-Sialyllactose (100 mg/kg, po, once daily, 5 times a week for 12 weeks) increases the muscle mass and strength, thereby improving the exercise endurance of mice[3].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Animal Model: SDR-stressed mouse model[2]
Dosage: 5% added to mouse diet
Administration: po, 2 weeks
Result: Reduced the anxiety-like behavior in open field tests.
Maintained the number of DCX-positive cells in the hippocampus.
Animal Model: C57BL/6J mouse models[3]
Dosage: 100 mg/kg
Administration: po, once daily, 5 times a week for 12 weeks
Result: Increased the mouse running distance.
Increased the absolute weight of gastrocnemius and soleus muscles.
