Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) A2 is a subset of MHC-class I molecules encoded by A*02 alleles. HLA-A2 is more common in Northern Asia and North America populations. MHC class I antigens associated with B2-microglobulin are expressed by all human nucleated cells. MHC class I molecules are involved in presentation of antigens to CD8+ T cells playing an important role in cell-mediated immune responses and tumor surveillance.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilutions:|Flow Cytometry: ≤2ug/10e5 cells in 100ul|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
