Laemmli SDS-Sample Buffer is used to denature proteins for visualization in gel electrophoresis.

This 6X non-reducing formula is of Ultra Pure grade. For best results, heat the sample after combining with the sample buffer. Then load directly onto a polyacrylamide gel.

Bring solution to room temperature and shake/stir well before using. If SDS falls out of solution, gently increase temperature while stirring.
