Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. ELISA: 1:10000 to 1:30000 1.0 ug of Human IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA with Streptavidin) and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
