Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:60,000-1:300,000. Use ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
