NeoPRO 10 Prestained Protein Ladder (11 to 180 kDa)
Description
NeoPRO 10 Prestained Protein Ladder (11 to 180 kDa) is a combination of 10 prestained proteins with molecular weights ranging from 11 to 180 kDa. The recombinant proteins are covalently coupled to chromophores, with blue bands and two reference bands: a green band at 25 kDa and a red band at 75 kDa.
The ladder tracks protein size and separation during SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), enables approximate protein size estimation, and validates Western transfer efficiency on PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose membranes.
