Plus RIPA Lysis Buffer is a ready-to-use 1X solution designed for efficient protein extraction. It contains 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.6), 150 mM NaCl, 1% NP-40, 0.5% sodium deoxycholate, and 0.1% SDS. Each kit supports up to 200 assays using 5.0 × 10⁶ cells or 100 assays using 0.1 g tissue samples.
