| In vivo | Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (J43) administered intratumorally at a dose of 10 μg (once each on day 0 and day 3) can effectively inhibit tumor growth and prolong the survival period of mice in the MCA tumor model[1]. In the B16F10 or Colon 26 tumor mouse model, the combined use of Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (J43) (200 μg, intraperitoneally injected on days 4, 8, 14, and 18) and anti-CD4 antibody can achieve tumor growth inhibition[2]. When Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (J43) is administered by intraperitoneal injection (500 μg/mouse on day 14, and 250 μg/mouse every other day from day 16 to day 32), it induces fatal hypersensitivity in the inflammatory 4T1 breast cancer model[3]. In the ID8 tumor-bearing mouse model, the combined administration of Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (J43) (200 μg, intraperitoneally injected twice a week for 2 weeks) with R428 or SGI-7079 can significantly improve the survival rate of mice[4]. |
