JBScreen PEG/Salt is an effective reagent kit designed for initial screening of crystallization conditions of biological macromolecules.

Content:
Set of JBScreen PEG/Salt 1 - 4, each containing 24 tubes in 10 ml bulk format containing high purity PEG 3350 and PEG 5000 MME, each combined with 48 different salts, covering a range of anions and cations most commonly used in biocrystallography. The unique combination of reagents enables the screening of PEG depending on ionic strength, ion type and pH.

All solutions are sterile filtered (0.2 μm), filled under sterile conditions and contain 0.1% ProClinTM 950 as preservative to prevent the growth of microbes. (ProClin is a trademark of LANXESS Corp.)
