| Reconstitution and Storage | Store at 2-8°C. Reconstitution of one vial with 250 uL distilled water will give a solution containing 100 ug of FHA in 0.05M Tris-HCl and 0.5M sodium chloride at pH 8, 5% sucrose. Vortex for 1 minute after reconstitution to ensure homogenous solution as protein is very sticky. |
