Click's Medium (EHAA)

Click's Medium is a modification of Eagle's Essential Medium with Hanks' Salts (HMEM) and contains higher concentrations of essential amino acids, in addition to non-essential amino acids, sodium pyruvate, and nucleic acid precursors.

With:

• 1350 mg/L Sodium Bicarbonate

Without:

• Mercaptoethanol
• L-Glutamine - add 20mL/L (200mM)
