-20°CIFN gamma is a multipotent cytokine, has a broad range of regulatory functions during virus induced host immune responses. IFN gamma promotes Th1-type immune responses in CD4+ and CD8+T cells and influences the differentiation of T cells (Ochi et al. 2008).
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 0.1-0.5ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
