Single-stranded oligonucleotide primer, chemically synthesized, consisting of 6 random sequence deoxyribonucleotides suitable for DNA synthesis applications using Klenow DNA polymerase with a template or for cDNA synthesis using reverse transcriptase with an mRNA template.

Special Labels:
Biotin, Fluorescein, and Phosphate modifications can be included at the 5' or 3' site. For special labels add -B, -F, -P and -5, -3 to the catalog number.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 6 months. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O, TE or Tris pH 7.0. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
