Specificity
Recognizes mouse IgM: 100%. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-goat serum, mouse IgM and mouse serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at < 1% cross-reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotopes. No reactivity occurs against lambda chain. Some reactivity is observed against kappa chain.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:30000. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
