Mouse anti-bovine WC4 antibody, clone CC55 recognizes the bovine WC4 cell surface
antigen, a ~90kDa molecule expressed by a subpopulation of B cells in peripheral blood and lymphoid tissues (Howard et al. 1993). It is suggested that WC4 like SWC7 in pigs is the bovine orthologue of human CD19 (Naessens and Howard 1991, Ikebuchi et al. 2013).

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen), and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
