Cyanine 3 conjugated Anti-Guinea Pig Primary Antibodies

Cyanine 3 conjugated Anti-Guinea Pig Primary Antibodies

Cy3-conjugated anti-guinea pig antibodies are fluorescent immunoreagents designed for the direct detection of guinea pig antigens in fluorescence-based assays. Cy3 is a bright, photostable, and pH-insensitive orange-red fluorophore that delivers high signal intensity while simplifying immunostaining workflows by eliminating secondary antibody incubation.

Fluorophore Characteristics

Cy3 exhibits excitation and emission maxima near 550 nm and 570 nm, respectively, providing excellent compatibility with standard TRITC filter sets and common fluorescence microscopes. Its superior brightness and reduced background make it ideal for sensitive multicolor imaging.

Applications and Advantages

  • Broad Compatibility: Validated for immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, flow cytometry, and ELISA.
  • Flexible Formats: Available as whole IgG, Fab, F(ab')₂, and Fc-specific antibodies to minimize Fc-mediated interactions and cross-reactivity.
  • Reliable Performance: Provides stable fluorescence, streamlined one-step detection, and excellent compatibility with FITC and Alexa Fluor™ 647 for multiplex fluorescence experiments.
