This product is used as loading buffer in RNA electrophoresis. It is suitable for denatured or native agarose gel and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Prior to loading, add equal volume of the Loading Buffer to RNA sample (or RNA marker), heat at 70℃ for 10 minutes, immediately chill on ice, and then load on the gel.
