Description
Anti-Mouse CD32/CD16 Antibody (2.4G2) is a monoclonal inhibitory antibody against mouse CD16/CD32. Its core function is to block Fcγ receptor-mediated immune responses. By inhibiting the binding of CD16 to FcγRs, it effectively reduces foam cell formation and is widely used in research on atherosclerosis and autoimmune hematological diseases.
In vitro
Anti-Mouse CD32/CD16 Antibody (2.4G2) can significantly inhibit the binding of MDALDL to J774 cells; after 24 hours of treatment, this antibody can also significantly reduce foam cell production by blocking FcγRs in RAW264.7 cells [1].
When the concentration of Anti-Mouse CD32/CD16 Antibody (2.4G2) is 0.01 mg/mL, treatment for 6 days can inhibit the formation of antibody-secreting cells (ASCs) and downregulate the levels of T cell cytokines such as IFN-γ, IL-10 and TNF-α in splenic T cells of F8-/- mice, while treatment for 4 days can interfere with the uptake and presentation of FVIII immune complexes by splenic B cells of F8-/- mice [2].
In vivo
Anti-Mouse CD32/CD16 Antibody (2.4G2), administered as a single intravenous injection at a dose of 8 μg/g and given 1 hour before MAb 6A6 injection, can effectively inhibit the platelet clearance rate in γ-/- mice [3].
Anti-Mouse CD32/CD16 Antibody (2.4G2), administered as a single intraperitoneal injection at a dose of 100 μg and given 24 hours before MWReg30 injection, can reverse the pathological effects induced by the rat Anti-Mouse platelet MWReg30 in NMRI mice [4].
