CD86 (Activation B7-2 Antigen, B70, B7-2, BU63, CD28LG2, CTLA-4 Counter-receptor B7.2, FUN-1, LAB72, MGC34413, T-lymphocyte Activation Antigen CD86 Precursor) (APC)

B7-2, also known as CD86, is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is expressed on presenting cells and regulates T cell function through interaction with its receptors, CD28 and CTLA-4.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in human peripheral blood monocytes
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
