Biological Activity

Loganic acid is a type of iridoid isolated from the fruit of dogwood. Loganic acid regulates diet-related atherosclerosis and REDOX states. Loganic acid has strong free radical scavenging activity and significant cellular protection against heavy metal-mediated toxicity.
