Store at room temperature (22-28ºC)

Prior to reconstitution with water, the 405/410 nm Stop Reagent for ABTS Microwell Substrate is stable at room temperature (22-28ºC) indefinitely. Following reconstitution the reagent is stable for a minimum of 36 months when stored at room temperature.

405/410 nm Stop Reagent for ABTS Microwell Substrate is a proprietary dry blend used to stop ABTS HRPO Microwell Substrate One Component "Ready Use" (Leinco Prod. No.: ) reactions without causing a color or absorbance change. OD values should be read in the range from 405 nm to 410 nm.

Equal volumes of substrate and stop solution should be used.
Reconstitution: To reconstitute, add the volume of distilled or deionized water indicated on the vial label (either 100 ml or 1L). Shake gently and allow to stand for approximately 5 minutes to fully dissolve.
