Antifade Mounting Medium with DAPI

AbMole Antifade Mounting Medium with DAPI is a ready-to-use solution that can not only slow down the quenching of fluorescent dyes, but also complete the DAPI staining of cell nuclei while mounting the slides.

Instructions for Use：

1. After the staining is completed, aspirate the liquid.

2. For adherent cells, add a drop of Antifade Mounting Medium to the slide, cover with a coverslip with cells attached, and allow the cells to touch the Antifade Mounting Medium. For tissue sections, add a drop of Antifade Mounting Medium to the tissue section, cover with a coverslip and avoid the formation of air bubbles in between.

3. Samples can then be observed under a fluorescence microscope.

Store at -20 ℃ in the dark for up to 1 year.
