IgG, Lambda (HRP)

Suitable for use in Immunoblot (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

ELISA:1:10,000-1:50,000.
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

Lyophilized powder is stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography followed by solid phase adsorption.

Mouse Lambda light chain

Recognizes mouse IgG kappa, IgM kappa and IgA kappa proteins.
