IFN-a/b R2 belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family. It complexes with IFN-a/b R1 to form the signaling receptor complex for the family of a and b IFN subtypes. By alternative splicing, IFN-a/b R2 can exist as a secreted soluble protein or as a type I membrane protein.||Applications: |Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilutions:|Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells A20 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line.|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Freezing allophycocyanin conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. Allophycocyanin conjugates are sensitive to light.
