This monoclonal antibody was purified using multistep affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. This antibody shows 100% crossreactivity rhIL1 Rrp2 and no crossreactivity with rmIL1 RI, rmIL1 RII, rhIL1 RAcP, rmIL1 R5, rmIL1 R7 or rmIL1 RAPL1. Background Interleukin1 receptor related protein 2 (IL1 Rrp2) is a receptor for IL1F6 which is a proinflammatory member of IL1 family.
