Synthetic peptide CCR3, 14aa, near the carboxy terminus of human CCR3 (Genbank accession No. NP_847899).

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml; It usually blocks the antibody (Cat. #C2099-67E) activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
