Typical Data

IEQ-CoVS1RBD-IgG1 was used to quantify anti-S1 receptor-binding domain IgG antibodies in plasma samples from cancer patients with COVID-19. Figure adapted from Remsik et al., Cancer Cell, 2021.

IEQ-CoVS1RBD-IgG-1 was used to quantify spike S1–specific IgG antibodies in matched maternal and fetal cord plasma from SARS-CoV-2–infected or vaccinated pregnancies. Figure adapted from Monroe et al., Journal of Infectious Diseases, 2024.

IEQ-CoVS1RBD-IgG-5 was used to quantify SARS-CoV-2 S1 RBD–specific IgG antibodies in serum from vaccinated animals, showing increased RBD-binding IgG titers after immunization. Figure adapted from Reguzova et al., NPJ Vaccines, 2024.

IEQ-CoVS1RBD-IgG-1 was used to quantify SARS-CoV-2 spike RBD levels in COVID-19 patient serum samples by ELISA. Figure adapted from Das et al., Microbiology and Immunology, 2024.

IEQ-CoVS1RBD-IgG-1 was used to quantify spike S1–specific IgG antibodies in matched maternal and fetal cord plasma collected at delivery from SARS-CoV-2–infected or vaccinated pregnancies. Figure adapted from Monroe et al., Journal of Infectious Diseases, 2024.
