Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Human IgA and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti- Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunomicroscopy, Flow Cytometry and FACS. 1:50 -1:200 for most applications. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
