RPSA (Ribosomal Protein SA, CCLBP, MRAP, LR1, LRP/LR) (Biotin)

Ribosomal protein SA (RPSA) is a multi-functional protein, that is an important component of 40S ribosomal subunit, and binds to lamin. Higher expression of RPSA is characteristic for many carcinomas, and correlates with their invasivity and metastatic potential. It has also been described, that RPSA interacts with amyloid beta peptide during Alzheimer´s disease.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 2-10ug/ml. Intracellular staining.
Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml; both reducing and non-reducing conditions.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
