Paraffin tissue slides suitable for use in identifying cellular localization of RNA or protein using in situ hybridization or immunohistochemistry. Tissue of ~5um thickness is paraffin embedded and mounted on a positively-charged glass slide.

Tissue was fixed in formalin immediately after excision, and embedded in paraffin. All paraffin embedded tissue products, including tissue array, tissue sections, and tissue panels can be used for both immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. These products are ideal for rapid cellular localization of RNA and protein expression. At least one of the tissue slides from each lot was stained with H & E to ensure the quality.
Every single tissue array is well maintained with good quality, but there might be some variations between slides, for example, one spot is missing cells due to the end of serial cut. But there should be no more than 3 spots are without expected cells.

Small volumes of Tissue, Section Disease, Pneumonia, Lung tissue section vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
