DyLight-conjugated anti-guinea pig primary antibodies

DyLight-conjugated anti-guinea pig primary antibodies

DyLight-conjugated anti-guinea pig antibodies are high-performance fluorescent immunoreagents designed for the sensitive detection of guinea pig antigens in a wide range of fluorescence-based assays. DyLight fluorophores provide exceptional fluorescence intensity, excellent photostability, narrow emission spectra, and reliable performance across a broad pH range, making them ideal for both single- and multiplex-labeling applications.

Technical Specifications

DyLight fluorophores are available in multiple spectral variants, including DyLight 405, 488, 549, 594, 633, 649, 650, and 800, covering excitation wavelengths from 350 nm to 777 nm. These antibodies are commonly cross-adsorbed against bovine, chicken, goat, horse, human, mouse, rabbit, rat, and sheep immunoglobulins to minimize non-specific binding and cross-reactivity. Products are offered as whole IgG antibodies, Fab fragments, and Fc-specific formats to accommodate diverse experimental requirements.

Applications and Advantages

  • Versatile applications: Suitable for immunofluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry (IHC-P), immunocytochemistry (ICC), and multiplex fluorescence assays.
  • Optimized labeling: Fab fragment conjugates are particularly well suited for sequential staining and complex multicolor labeling protocols.
  • Stable performance: DyLight conjugates retain fluorescence when stored protected from light at 4 °C for short-term use or at −20 °C with glycerol for long-term preservation, ensuring consistent experimental results.
