GST A3-3, Recombinant Human

This human alpha class glutathione S-transferase exhibits high steroid double-bond isomerase activity and is involved in testosterone, progesterone and estrogen biosyntheses. This recombinant enzyme is produced in an E. coli expression system and, following purification, retains high catalytic activity. References:
