Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Carboxypeptidase Y [Baker’s Yeast]. Cross reactivity against Carboxypeptidase Y from other sources may occur but has not been specifically determined. |
