Excellent for Cell Microscopy


High content widefield fluorescence imaging of Rat1 fibroblast nuclei, stained with DAPI (blue) in the µ-Plate 384 Well Clear. A complete scan of a single well contains 6 x 6 stitched microscope images (tile scanning mode), taken with an objective lens 20x.
